PVD Products receives a large purchase order for a Combinatorial Sputter Deposition Tool from a global semiconductor manufacturer. The system includes six magnetron sources with RF, DC, and pulsed DC power supplies, localized wafer heating to 800ºC, loadlock. Today PVD Products booked an order for a Nano PLD System from the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Tsukba. Japan. This is the 2nd PLD system we have sold to AIST. The first tool they purchased 12 years ago was a PLD-5000 system and is still fully functional.
