PVD Products receives a large purchase order for a Combinatorial Sputter Deposition Tool from a global semiconductor manufacturer. The system includes six magnetron sources with RF, DC, and pulsed DC power supplies, localized wafer heating to 800ºC, loadlock. The system will provide this customer with the ability to grow a large number of individual test pads of a well-defined size and composition each with a slightly different material composition all on a single wafer.http://lnkd.in/deMsQ8iless
