Epitaxial Nitride Thin Films and Heterostructures:

Emerging Applications and Future Prospects

This is your limited opportunity to view this important webinar presenting latest advances in Epitaxial Nitride Thin Films and Heterostructures

This insightful one-hour webinar will help researchers and developers to better understand:

  • Epitaxial nitride thin film and heterostructure growth
  • Recent advances on nitride-based phase change materials research
  • Emerging transition metal and rare-earth nitrides

Our expert speaker, Dr. Bivas Saha, is the current faculty director of the JNCASR Nanofabrication facility. Dr. Saha obtained his PhD from Purdue University's (U.S.A.) School of Materials Engineering and Birck Nanotechnology Center and holds an MS degree from JNCASR and a BS degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. His areas of research include Heterostructure and Thin Film, Metal/Semiconductor Superlattice, Refractory Plasmonics and Radiative Cooling, and Artificial Synapse. Prior to joining the faculty of JNCASR, he was a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and at the Center of Energy Efficient Electronic Sciences in the University of California, Berkeley (U.S.A.).
