A sputter deposition system with 4-inch substrate capability located at the Laboratory for Nanometallurgy, ETH Zurich. This system includes an RF biased substrate heater to 800°C, three in-situ tilting magnetrons with ports for three more magnetrons, RF and DC power supplies, loadlock, and an integrated K-Space MOS system. The system is fully computer controlled and CE certified.
