PVD Products has recently booked an order from the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering in China for an UHV MAPLE System.
This Matrix Assisted Pulsed Laser Evaporation system will include four LN2 frozen polymer/solvent mixed targets that can be rotated and indexed as required to grow multilayers. The system includes a Quantel Nd:YAG Laser, full pneumatic valve package, and computer control.
